In business for at least two years.
Have all appropriate licenses within the state they do business.
MUST posses general liability insurance.
Provide three verifiable references.
No outstanding complaints against the contractor.

Only 4 contractors per consumer request. We will never flood a consumer with unwanted contractor quotes. It's not beneficial for the consumer or the contractor and in our opinion it's just BAD Business!
At AmericanTradesmith we contact every consumer before we issue the lead. This serves two purposes. 1) It allows us to weed out serious inquires from the just curious. 2) It allows us to fortify our relationship with the consumer so they feel comfortable with us and use our service again.
No competing against unlicensed and uninsured contractors. (Handyman) won't be allowed to bid on jobs requiring a licensed professional. Handymen are charged a different rate and are given leads that require a lower skill level.
All contractors and handyman/woman will be verified before leads will be provided. In the event that you do not meet the requirements set forth by AmericanTradesmith.com, you will not be able to utilize the service.
